Everything listed above that is required must be attached and labeled pertaining to what you have attached in attachment. Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Occupancy are not issued on Friday.

Sub-Contractors list (you can find this list to fill out your subs, in the portal under the sub-contractor’s tab)
Elevation Certificate (this is needed if property is in the flood zone)
Sewer district inspection approval (if required please call 843-764-3072 to schedule)
Final Building/Zoning/Fire/sign inspections
Post Energy Compliance Com Check Mechanical (signed by Contractor/engineer)
Special inspections Report (if required)
Special Inspections Final statement (if required)
All reinspection fees have been paid

Certificate of Occupancy (New Construction and projects that have more than 50% of work being performed)
